PURPOSE: A high resolution improvement device and method thereof based on learning for high picture quality image obtain are provided to reduce artifact generated by obtaining the limit and removing abnormal value among extracted high frequency component. CONSTITUTION: An initial high resolution image generating unit(110) generates a first high frequency component by using patches similar with a middle band component including a lower resolution image. The initial high resolution image generating unit generates an initial high resolution image by synthesizing the first high frequency component in the low resolution image. A finial high resolution image generating unit(120) generates a second high frequency component by using patches similar to the high frequency component included in the initial high resolution image. The initial high resolution image generating unit generates the initial high resolution image by synthesizing the second high frequency component in the initial high resolution image.

A micro-needle roller and a forming mold thereof are provided to simplify the structure thereof, and to reduce the processing time to be produced in a mass production at a low manufacturing cost. A micro-needle roller includes a cylindrical needle roller(11), plural micro-needles(25) and a roller handle. The micro-needles are formed to protrude from the outer circumference of the roller head. The roller handle is coupled to the roller head to make the roller head rotate. The roller head and the micro-needles are formed of a polymer resin material and are integrally formed. The polymer resin is a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin. The roller handle has a roller head coupling portion having two clamp arms(44) having a rotary shaft protrusions(45).

PURPOSE: A process for the manufacture of a biodegradable polyester by grafting hydrophilic polyether to aliphatic polyether is provided which gives the title polyester excellent in blood compatibility without damaging cells. CONSTITUTION: A process comprises the steps of producing a monomer introduced an epoxy ring into hydrophilic polyethyleneglycol methylether or polyethyleneglycol and subjecting its monomer and one or more of biocompatible ring form monomers comprising a main chain to ring opening polymerization. The polymer prepared by the process can reduce protein adsorption and be used as medical polymers such as a matrix of drug release systems, a suture and a bioabsorbable and water soluble polymer.

PURPOSE: A balance maintaining device of floating object for reducing the vertical and horizontal movement is provided to improve the stable state of a floating object by the location control of a vertical and horizontal rocking reduction part. CONSTITUTION: A balance maintaining device of floating object comprises a horizontal rocking guide part(110), a horizontal rocking reduction part(100), a vertical rocking reduction part(240), a horizontal rocking driving part, and a vertical driving part. The horizontal rocking guide part is vertically formed on the sea floating material and forms a vertical movement route. The horizontal rocking reduction part comprises a horizontal rocking reduction part and a vertical guide part. The vertical rocking reduction part is movably combined in the vertical guide part. When the sea floating material vertically moves, the location of the vertical rocking reduction part is controlled according to the movement route of the vertical guide part.

A micro-needle roller(100) comprises: a roller head(110) having a plurality of fine protrusions; a roller head supporting unit(120) including a roller head coupling portion coupled to the roller head, and a grip portion having an internal space and designed to be taken by user's hands; and a vibrating unit(130) disposed in the internal space for vibrating the roller head. The vibration unit comprises a motor, an eccentric weight having an eccentrically formed hole into which the rotation shaft of the motor is inserted, and a power supply section for supplying electricity to the motor.

A patch having multiple micro-projections and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to facilitate mass production of the patch by shortening processing cycle and simplifying manufacturing processes. A patch(10) having multiple micro-projections includes: a base board(1); micro-projections(2) for invasion into skin; and a metal laminated layer(3) where metal is laminated on the surface of micro-projection. A method for manufacturing a patch having multiple micro-projections includes the steps of: preparing a mold to prepare a mold with micro projection shaped intaglios; coating sulfur curing resin and removing air bubbles contained in the resin; attaching high polymer to the top of applied light curing resin; cuing with UV for pre-curing; completely curing the high polymer film and the resin; rejecting the patch with completely cured projections; and recycling the processes to restore the above mold preparing step.

An outline intensifying apparatus for increasing a frame rate in a hold-type display and a method thereof are provided to rearrange an image according to the type of an edge and the motion direction of the edge and generate an output image frame with an increased frame rate, thereby minimizing the afterimage of frame motion. An apparatus for intensify an outline for increasing a frame rate in a hold-type display comprises an input unit(100), an edge intensifying unit(200), a frame rate increasing unit(300), and an output unit(400). The input unit receives an image to be displayed on the hold-type display. The edge intensifying unit changes the pixel values of the predetermined number of pixels adjacent to the edge of an input image frame. The frame rate increasing unit determines the type of the edge and the motion direction of the edge from the intensified edge and rearranges the image using the determined results to generate an output image frame of which the frame rate is increased from the input image frame. The output unit outputs the image frame with the increased frame rate.
