Abstract: The present invention relates to an endo-microscopic probe based on the non-resonant scanning of optical fiber. An endo-microscopic probe includes: a housing of a preset size; optical fiber which is located in the inner part of the housing and transmits a light source; a tube-type piezoelectric element which includes a guide part which has a structure of surrounding the optical fiber in the housing, has an end for guiding the movement of the optical fiber, receives power from the outside to transmit a deformation value according to deformation to the optical fiber through the guide part, and provides the deformation (deformation value); and a lens part which is located in the inner part of the piezoelectric element to transmit light emitted from the end of the optical fiber to a sample and is fixed at the end of the housing.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a 3-axis out-of-plane direction movement stage having a symmetrical amplification structure and a flexible complex hinge structure to perform correct out-of-plane direction movement. According to the present invention, first to fourth driving units having flexible complex hinge structures and capable of unidirectional linear motion, a base in which the driving units are installed, and a final stage moved in the axial direction by the driving units are included. Provided is the 3-axis out-of-plane direction movement stage by using the flexible mechanism as the present invention has a flexible mechanism different from the structure of an existing flexible mechanism so that the rigidity which is greater than existing stages and a compact size can be obtained.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hybrid vibration isolator using a voice coil motor and a Halbach magnet array. The hybrid vibration isolator includes a lower plate, an upper plate which is located on the lower plate and supports an object, a coil spring which connects the upper plate to the lower plate, a horizontal active vibration isolator which implements vibration insulation in a horizontal direction, and a vertical active vibration isolator which implements vibration insulation in a vertical direction. The present invention provides a vibration isolation system which enhances and optimizes magnetic flux by applying a Halbach magnet array and allows maximum performance per a unit size.
