Abstract: PURPOSE: A communication service apparatus for providing communication service between a patient and a medical team is provided to enable the patient to inform own will to the medical team by selecting a button when the patient is not able to communicate with a doctor. CONSTITUTION: A communication service apparatus includes a remote part (100) and a communication service providing part (200). The remote part includes buttons (111-114) matched with communication sound sources, and the communication service providing part reproduces the sound source mapped to the button selected by the patient. The remote part includes a button selection sensing part (120) and a signal transmission part (130). The button selection sensing part checks the matched buttons and the selection of the button by the user. The signal transmission part transmits a message to the communication service providing part. The communication service providing part comprises a signal receiving part (210), a storing part (220) of the sound source matched to the signal, a selected sound source acquisition part (230) and a sound source reproduction part (240). The signal receiving part receives the transmitted signal. Abstract: PURPOSE: A user terminal capable of calculating and displaying waiting prediction time and a waiting time prediction system thereof are provided to enable a user to accurately grasp a current waiting situation by supplying information about waiting elapse time, the number of waiting people, etc. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal includes a terminal communication unit (110), a terminal control unit (120), and a user interface (130) which displays information on a screen.
