Abstract: PURPOSE: A user terminal capable of calculating and displaying waiting prediction time and a waiting time prediction system thereof are provided to enable a user to accurately grasp a current waiting situation by supplying information about waiting elapse time, the number of waiting people, etc. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal includes a terminal communication unit (110), a terminal control unit (120), and a user interface (130) which displays information on a screen. The information is generated and edited by the terminal control unit. The terminal control unit includes a waiting situation grasp unit (121), a waiting time prediction unit (122), a timer (123), and a waiting information providing unit (124) based on waiting situation information which is provided by a server. The waiting situation grasp unit grasps waiting requirement time and the number of waiting people. The waiting time prediction unit predicts waiting prediction time by considering the waiting requirement time. The timer counts waiting elapse time. The waiting information providing unit displays at least one of the waiting prediction time, the waiting elapse time, and the number of waiting people on the screen. The server includes a server communication unit (210) and a server control unit. The server control unit includes a user terminal management unit (221) and a waiting situation monitoring unit (222). The user terminal management unit registers the user terminal or releases registration of the user terminal. The waiting situation monitoring unit monitors the waiting requirement time and the number of waiting people by connecting one or more user terminals and generates the waiting situation information including a monitoring result.
