Abstract: 본발명은본 발명에서는원본모션을실제프로덕션에서사용하는수준의복잡하고다양한캐릭터리그에리타겟팅함으로써, 애니메이터가모션을수정하거나재사용하는데 기존의친숙한리그파라미터를그대로활용할수 있도록하는리그공간으로의캐릭터모션리타겟팅방법및 장치에관한것으로, 상기리그공간으로의캐릭터모션리타겟팅방법은다수의관절위치측정값들로이루어진원본모션을대상캐릭터의관절값공간에리타겟팅하여관절값공간파라미터를획득하는단계; 비선형최적화함수를통해상기관절값공간파라미터로부터리깅공간파라미터를산출하는단계; 및상기리깅공간파라미터부터상기관절값공간파라미터를역산출한후 상기관절값공간파라미터와비교하는동작을수행하면서, 상기역산출된관절값공간파라미터와상기관절값공간파라미터간의오차가최소가되는리깅공간파라미터를선별함으로써, 상기리깅공간파라미터를최적화하는단계를포함할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A face animation retargeting method and recording medium for the same are provided to obtain natural expression corresponding to the expression of source animation by similar target model by combination of an RBF based recursive training result and a kCCA based recursive training result. CONSTITUTION: A system inputs a source animation. The system sets up an expression pair range between the source animation and a target animation(S210). The system performs RBF(Radial Basis Function)-based analysis training about predetermined expression pair range(S220). The system performs kCCA(kernel Canonical Correlation Analysis)-based regression training about the predetermined expression pair range(S230). The system combines an RBF-based analysis training result and a kCCA-based analysis training result by blending parameters. The system generates the target animation expression(S240).
