Abstract:
PURPOSE: A mold for composite materials used in centrifugal casting is provided to reduce the weight of the mold, and to improve the abrasion resistance of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A mold(20b) for composite materials has a metal liner(23b) disposed in the inner side of a cylindrical composite material member(21b). A cover(33c) located on both sides of the composite material member serves to prevent the separation of the contents cast by using a centrifugal casting method. The metal liner is plated for improving the abrasion resistance of thereof, and the composite material member is coated for blocking ultraviolet rays. The cover is screwed a ring(26) having screw threads disposed at the both end portions of the metal liner. A gasket(30b) is disposed between the composite material member and the cover for preventing the leakage of the contents.

본 발명은 도로의 측면에 복합재료를 이용한 자동차용 가드레일을 고정 설치하므로써, 운전자의 부주의 및 악천후로 발생되는 교통사고의 확대를 방지함과 동시에, 사고 이후에 발생하는 자동차의 도로 이탈 및 전복을 방지하는 고충격흡수의 복합재료를 이용한 자동차용 가드레일을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 복합재료를 이용한 자동차용 가드레일(1)에 있어서, 지면에 지지된 지지대(14)에 결합되어 있으며 자동차의 충격시 이런 충격력을 흡수할 수 있도록 양표면에는 요철부(11a, 11b, 11c) 또는 돌출부(11d, 11e, 11f)가 형성되어 있고 내부에는 중공부(15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)가 형성된 충격흡수패널(10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e, 10f)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료를 이용한 자동차용 가드레일이 제공되고, 또한, 상기 지지대(14)에 상기 충격흡수패널(10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e, 10f)을 고정시키는 고정브라켓(12)의 중간부위는 상기 지지대(14)의 외측면을 감쌀 수 있도록 형성되어 있고, 상기 고정브라켓(12)의 좌·우측에는 충격흡수패널(10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e, 10f)의 상부 끝단부에 삽입하여 고정할 수 있도록 하부측 방향으로 개방된 고정부(25)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특 징으로 하는 복합재료를 이용한 자동차용 가드레일이 제공된다.

PURPOSE: An outer mold for manufacturing a guide beam is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost thereof and to improve the surface state of the guide beam by attaching silicon rubber having a high thermal expansion rate with a low strength to the outer mold. CONSTITUTION: A guide beam has a rectangular pipe(10a) made of aluminum. Complex material(10b) is attached to an outer surface of the rectangular pipe(10a). The guide beam is used for conveying parts. Since the surface of the complex material(10b) acts as a guide surface when the parts are conveyed, the surface of the complex material(10b) has to be finely processed. In order to improve the function of an article and to reduce the manufacturing processes, a pressing member is attached to the outer mold. The strength of the guide beam is calculated so as to determine the thickness and angle of the rectangular pipe(10a) and the complex material(10b). After attaching the complex material(10b) to the outer surface of the rectangular pipe(10a), a silicon rubber plate(24) is placed in an outer mold(22). Then, a mold cover is coupled to the outer mold(22) by means of a bolt.

PURPOSE: A wire guide arm device is provided to increase machining speed and machining precision of an electric discharge machining wire cutter by constituting the wire cutter into fiber reinforced composite materials such as graphite or Kevlar. CONSTITUTION: A wire guide arm device(104) comprises a tube(203) fabricated from graphite fiber reinforced or Kevlar fiber reinforced composite materials, a first flange(201) and a second flange(202) coupled to the tube and composed of steel iron or aluminum. A wire outlet is fixed to the first flange and a wire cutter body is fixed to the second flange. The first and second flanges are fixed to the wire outlet and wire cutter body with many bolts. In the wire guide arm device, a coupling portion fixed to the wire cutter body is so weak that a fiber reinforced composite material is further installed to the second flange.

PURPOSE: A composite material ball screw is provided to improve a damping efficiency by inserting a composite material shaft member into the center of the screw and to stably drive at a high speed by increasing natural frequency. CONSTITUTION: A composite material ball screw includes a hollow shaft(11) having a screw thread(15) on an outer circumference and a composite material shaft member(12) fixed in the center along an axial direction to have a space for forming sliding friction with an inner surface of the hollow shaft through the vibration. Since the composite material shaft member is fixed only at both ends of the hollow shaft, vibration energy is vanished to friction energy due to sliding friction between the inner surface of the hollow shaft and the outer surface of the composite material shaft member to make the attenuation action become large.

PURPOSE: A scaffold system with composite materials is provided to reduce weight with safe structure by using long staple reinforcing composite materials. CONSTITUTION: Scaffold system with composite materials arranges a composite material pipe(1) of a tube shape and rectilinear coupler(40) inserted to an inner diameter. The composite material pipe produces the tube shape with pultrusion method or filament winding method by using long staple reinforcing polymer composite materials, and then forms a coating film(12) to block water and ultraviolet rays. The rectilinear coupler is formed as the same to a coupler(4) with RTM(Resin Transfer Molding) method or compress molding method by using the composite materials. Moreover, the rectilinear coupler is installed on a circumference face inserting a combining groove(50) of a clamp shape to pin-connect to the inner diameter of the composite material pipe. The coupler is inserted to the inner diameter of the composite material pipe inserting a pin(13) toward diameter direction, and rotates by being hooked to the combining groove of the clamp shape. Thereby, the coupler assembles a vertical unit of the scaffold system easily operating in a high building by vertically connecting the composite material pipe with the pin.

본 발명은 자동차 동력전달축에 관한 것으로서, 특히 기존의 복잡한 구조의 강철재질 2피스(piece) 동력전달축을 고강도 알루미늄 튜브와 강성이 높은 복합재료를 사용 1피스화 하여 대체할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 동력전달축에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 자동차용 동력전달축은 비강성이 우수한 복합재료가 코팅(coating) 되어 횡방향으로 가해지는 1차 고유진동수를 증가시키고, 동력전달축에 가해지는 토크를 견딜수 있도록 구성되는 알루미늄 튜브(1)와, 상기 알루미늄 튜브(1)는 요크에 재질에 따라서 알루미늄 재질의 부싱(2)와 용접이 이루어지거나, 또는 알루미늄 재질의 요크와 직접 용접이 이루어지도록 하며, 상기 실행되는 용접방법에 따라 알루미늄 튜브(1), 알루미늄 재질의 부싱(2) 또는 알루미늄 튜브(1), 알루미늄 재질의 요크의 형상을 변형하여 용접강화 부위를 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하고 있다.
