Abstract: A weight for weight training apparatus is provided, in which the danger of the safety accident is completely removed and which enables to easily adjust the weight that a user wants. A weight for weight training apparatus comprises: a cylinder(10); magnetorheological fluid charged inside cylinder; a piston(30) including the passage part passing the magnetorheological fluid; a viscosity control part(40) for adding the magnetic field to the magnetorheological fluid and controlling viscosity; a connection part(50) connected to the gripper of the weight training apparatus; and a user interface for deciding amount of the load applied through the connection part.
