Abstract: PURPOSE: A hybrid vibration-proof mount system is provided to implement leveling and vibration-proof functions for a structure at the same time and improve vibration-proof characteristics in a high-frequency region by connecting a leveling unit and an actuator in series. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid vibration-proof mount system comprises a lower table(110), an upper table(120), a plurality of leveling units(130), a plurality of actuators(140), a sensor, and a control unit. The lower table is installed on an installation reference surface. The upper table is arranged on the upper side of the lower table and supports a structure. The leveling unit levels the upper table to be kept horizontal. The actuator is installed between the leveling unit and the upper table. The sensor is installed in the upper table and senses the movement of the upper table resulting from the vibration of the installation reference surface. The control unit operates the actuator base on the sensing result of the sensor in order to apply a control force to the upper table according to the movement of the upper table.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A smart MR damper is provided to obtain the power oneself by using a piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION: A smart MR damper is composed of a cylinder(10), an MR(Magneto Rheological) fluid(20), a piston(30), a viscosity controller, and a piezoelectric element(40). The MR fluid is filled in the cylinder. The piston is installed in the cylinder to be reciprocated. The viscosity controller controls the viscosity by applying the magnetic field. The piezoelectric element is installed in the position pressurized by the flow of the MR fluid caused with the operation of the piston.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A leveling device of a sea floating material is provided to prevent damage due to friction by controlling the location of a rocking releasing part against a guide part using magnetic levitation principle. CONSTITUTION: A leveling device of a sea floating material comprises a guide part(110), a rocking releasing part, and a drive part. The guide part is fixed to the horizontal plane of the sea floating material. The guide part is formed to cross the central axis of the unstable agitation of the sea floating material. The rocking releasing part is movably combined in the guide part. When the sea floating material unsteadily fluctuates with the marine environment, the location of the rocking releasing part is controlled as the longitudinal direction of the guide part in order that the rocking releasing part reduces the degree of the unstable agitation of the sea floating material. The drive part drives the rocking releasing part toward the guide part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A balance maintaining device of floating object for reducing the vertical and horizontal movement is provided to improve the stable state of a floating object by the location control of a vertical and horizontal rocking reduction part. CONSTITUTION: A balance maintaining device of floating object comprises a horizontal rocking guide part(110), a horizontal rocking reduction part(100), a vertical rocking reduction part(240), a horizontal rocking driving part, and a vertical driving part. The horizontal rocking guide part is vertically formed on the sea floating material and forms a vertical movement route. The horizontal rocking reduction part comprises a horizontal rocking reduction part and a vertical guide part. The vertical rocking reduction part is movably combined in the vertical guide part. When the sea floating material vertically moves, the location of the vertical rocking reduction part is controlled according to the movement route of the vertical guide part.
