본 발명은 VEGF-Grab 단백질과 약물의 결합체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 VEGFR1 도메인 2, VEGFR1 도메인 3 및 항체 단편이 연결된 융합단백질과 약물의 결합체, 상기 결합체를 포함하는 암 또는 혈관신생 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물 및 암 또는 혈관신생 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 VEGF-Grab 단백질과 약물을 포함하는 결합체는 다중-파라토프 VEGF 디코이 수용체로서, 암 또는 혈관신생 관련 질환 치료를 위한 다목적성 플랫폼으로 사용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a method for increasing humanized antibody production in CHO cells by overexpression of bcl-2 gene and treatment of sodium butyrate, thereby increasing unit production of animal cell products, such as humanized antibodies and cytokines. CONSTITUTION: The antibody production is increased by introducing a vector which overexpresses bcl-2 gene into CHO cells transformed with a gene encoding a humanized antibody to obtain a cell line having apoptosis resistance, then adding sodium butyrate. The method for increasing the production of humanized antibodies comprises the steps of: introducing a vector which overexpressing human bcl-1 gene into the recombinant CHO cells above; inoculating the recombinant CHO cells transformed with the vector to a medium; and adding sodium butyrate thereto.

본 발명은 RNA에 결합하는 항체의 선별방법 및 BC200 RNA에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 선별방법은 기능성 RNA의 구조를 인식하는 인간 항체의 제조에 유용하게 사용되며, BC200 RNA에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체는 BC200 RNA를 인지하거나 그 작용을 조절할 수 있어 관련 의약분야에 다양하게 적용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a selection method of RNA-binding antibodies and to an antibody specifically binding to BC200 RNAs. The selection method of the present invention can be suitably used for manufacturing human antibodies which recognize functional RNA structures, and the antibody specifically binding to BC200 RNA recognizes BC200 RNAs or controls actions thereof, thereby can be suitably applied in related medical fields.
