즉, 기술분야, 시장분야 및 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 분야 등 현재 및 미래 고객의 니즈에 영향을 줄 수 있는 연구개발 외부환경 정보를 수집하는 정보 수집 단계; 상기 수집된 정보의 분석을 통하여 연구개발 외부환경에 영향을 줄 수 있는 정보를 탐색하고 가공하는 정보 가공 단계; 상기 가공된 정보군(群)으로부터 새로운 변화와 관련된 변화 흐름을 도출하는 시그널 도출 단계; 및 상기 시그널 정보 분석을 통하여 온라인 델파이 기법에 의해 주요 미래 변화 흐름에 대한 예측안을 도출하여 선정하는 이슈 도출 단계; 를 포함하는 미래 시그널 및 이슈 도출 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
상기 발명에 의하게 되면 정보 이용자로 하여금 미래성장동력 등의 선정에 있어 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

Abstract: A system for processing online brainstorming and a control method thereof are provided to process the online brainstorming by providing an online brainstorming tool performing a brainstorming conference in a web environment. A brainstorming conference manager(100) enables a chairman to manage each part to attain a goal of online brainstorming, and a messenger processor(200) enables joiners to join in the online brainstorming or interchange an opinion by including a messenger window. An idea card processor(300) transforms an idea of the joiner into data by including an idea card window. An idea board processor(400) represents the idea of the joiners by including an idea board window and operates the idea board window by interconnecting with the idea card window. The idea card processor allows the joiner to generate and store the idea card window, and moves contents of the idea card to the idea board window when the joiner loads the idea card window. The idea board processor allows the joiner representing the idea appointed by the conference manager to use the idea board and allows other joiners to view an idea representation process.

Abstract: A document classification method of a document classification device provided to solve the task of the present invention includes: a step where an operation unit checks information about two or more cited references of a document; a step where the operation unit identifies the classification codes of the cited references; a step where the operation unit calculates a classification code ratio by granting weighted values by classification code to each cited reference; a step where the operation unit calculates the final classification code ratio by aggregating the classification code ratios by classification code; and a step where the operation unit displays or stores the classification codes in a descending order of the final classification code ratio in a link with the document. According to the present invention, the provided document classification method is able to draw a classification result similar to a document classification result by an expert and classify documents automatically and easily. Abstract: A system and a method for deducting a future signal and an issue by using R&D(Research & Development) environment information are provided to offer needed information such as future improvement power by collecting and analyzing information affecting change of the user needs, and deducting the signals related to the change of the user needs through statistical analysis and text mining. A transceiving module receives information inputted from a plurality of terminals(31-34) and transmits the information to the terminals. An information collecting module uses a robot agent and an RSS(Really Simple Syndication) technique. An information processing module processes information by frequency analysis and determination of an expert group. A signal deducting module deducts a signal by using data mining and statistical analysis. An issue deducting module deducts an issue by using an online Delphi technique. A controlling module manages information transfer between transceiving module and other modules, and manages information read/write of a database(40). The database includes a user information database, a collected information database, a signal information database, and an issue information database.
