Abstract: 본 발명은 기술정보 평가 시스템 및 평가 방법에 관한 것으로서, 기술정보를 작성하는 작성자의 기사등록 단말기로부터 데이터를 수신하는 네트워크 인터페이스; 상기 네트워크 인터페이스로 수신된 상기 기술정보가 저장되는 기술정보 데이터베이스; 상기 기술정보의 신속성, 문장품질, 기술품질 중 적어도 어느 하나에 대한 평가점수를 부여하는 기술정보 평가부; 및 상기 네트워크 인터페이스로 수신된 상기 기술정보를 상기 기술정보 데이터베이스에 등록하고, 상기 기술정보 평가부를 통한 평가 결과에 따라 상기 기술정보의 서비스 여부를 판단하여 상기 기술정보 및 상기 기술정보의 평가점수를 서비스 이용자에게 제공하는 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 기술정보 평가부는, 상기 기술정보의 자료유형을 신문, 잡지, 전문뉴스 사이트, 전문사이트, 학술지, 보고서 중 적어도 둘 이상으로 분류하고, 상기 자료유형에 기초하여 평가점수를 부여하는 자료유형 평가장치와 상기 기술정보의 자료유형에 따라 상기 기술정보가 공지된 기간에 기초하여 평가점수를 부여하는 게시기간 평가장치를 포함하는 신속성 평가모듈; 상기 기술정보에 대한 교정 평가자의 교정 평가정보를 입력받아 상기 평가정보에 따른 평가점수를 부여하는 문장품질 평가모듈; 및 상기 기술정보에 대한 전문가의 기술 평가정보를 입력받아 상기 평가정보에 따른 평가점수를 부여하는 기술품질 평가모듈을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 기술정보의 신속성과 문장품질 및 기술정보의 품질 등을 다양한 각도에서 평가하여 수집된 기술정보에 대한 객관적인 품질평가 정보를 제공함으로써, 기술정보를 활용하는 사용자가 방대한 양의 기술정보들로부터 고품질의 기술정보를 용이하고 신속하게 선별하여 활용할 수 있도록 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A value measurement system for scientific technology information and a method thereof are provided to easily and rapidly discriminate high quality technology information by evaluating technologies from various angles and offering objective quality evaluation information. CONSTITUTION: A network interface(120) receives data from an article registration terminal which writes technology information. A technical information DB(130) stores the received technology information which is received from the network interface. A technical information evaluator(200) gives evaluation score to one or more of the fastness, the sentence quality, and the quality of the technology.

Abstract: A system for processing online brainstorming and a control method thereof are provided to process the online brainstorming by providing an online brainstorming tool performing a brainstorming conference in a web environment. A brainstorming conference manager(100) enables a chairman to manage each part to attain a goal of online brainstorming, and a messenger processor(200) enables joiners to join in the online brainstorming or interchange an opinion by including a messenger window. An idea card processor(300) transforms an idea of the joiner into data by including an idea card window. An idea board processor(400) represents the idea of the joiners by including an idea board window and operates the idea board window by interconnecting with the idea card window. The idea card processor allows the joiner to generate and store the idea card window, and moves contents of the idea card to the idea board window when the joiner loads the idea card window. The idea board processor allows the joiner representing the idea appointed by the conference manager to use the idea board and allows other joiners to view an idea representation process.
