Abstract: 본발명은항산화활성이우수한시금치를쉽게섭취할수 있도록시금치를주재료로하는음료조성물과음료제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른시금치음료조성물은, 40~50brix의시금치추출액 40~50중량%, 10~20Brix의황정추출액 4~6중량%, 50~60Brix의사과농축액 3~5중량%, 올리고당 30~40중량%, 정백당 10-14중량%, 구연산 0.3~0.6중량%, 향료 0.2~0.4중량%로구성되는것을특징으로한다. 본발명에따른시금치음료의제조방법은상기한시금치음료조성물로음료를제조하는방법으로서, 시금치추출액에황정추출액, 사과농축액, 올리고당을첨가하여용해시키는제1단계; 정백당, 구연산, 향료를첨가하여용해시키는제2단계; 포장하여밀봉하고살균한후 냉각시키는제3단계;로이루어지는것을특징으로한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A spinach drink composition, and a producing method of spinach drink using thereof are provided to improve the palatability of the spinach drink by adding a polygonatum sibiricum extract and an apple extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a spinach drink composition comprises the following steps: mixing 40-50wt% of spinach extract, 4-6wt% of polygonatum sibiricum extract with the sweetness of 10-20Brix, 3-5wt% of apple extract with the sweetness of 50-60Brix, and 30-40wt% of oligosaccharide; adding 10-14wt% of white sugar, 0.3-0.6wt% of citric acid, and 0.2-0.5wt% of flavoring agent into the mixture; and packaging the obtained composition before sealing, sterilizing, and cooling.

Abstract: An antiobesity composition using cheongyang hot pepper extract is provided to prevent side effects due to the excessive intake of dietary fiber and to reduce the fat by increasing the energy consumption by using capsaicin contained in cheongyang hot pepper. An antiobesity composition using cheongyang hot pepper extract comprises Cheongyang red pepper extract 4~6 weight%; salicornia herbacea 8~12 weight%; hydroxycitrate 18~22 weight%; and dietary fiber 60~70 weight%.
