Abstract: 본 발명은 단말 장치 사용 시간에 따른 건강 관리 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 단말 장치의 사용 시간에 따른 피로도에 대한 관계식을 기반으로 누적되는 피도로를 도출하고 도출된 피로도 및 스트레칭 또는 단말 장치의 미사용 대기 시간에 따른 피로도 감소 정보에 대한 관계식을 기반으로 스트레칭 및 단말 장치의 미사용 대기 시간에 따른 피로도 감소 정보를 도출하며, 도출된 피로도 정보 및 피로도 감소 정보를 기반으로 스트레칭 시간 및 방법 또는 단말 장치의 미사용 대기 시간에 따른 피로도를 추출한 후 추출된 스트레칭 시간 및 방법 또는 단말 장치의 미사용 대기 시간과 스트레칭 시간 또는 단말 장치의 미사용 대기 시간에 따른 피로도를 실시간으로 시각적 또는 청각적으로 표시함에 따라, 단말 장치의 사용에 따라 누적된 피로로 인한 건강 손상을 미연에 방지할 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for managing health according to use of a terminal device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, cumulative fatigability is derived based on a relation formula for fatigability according to a use time of a terminal device. Fatigability reduction information according to stretching and a nonuse waiting time of the terminal device is derived based on a relation formula for information on the deduced fatigability and stretching or the nonuse waiting time of the terminal device. The fatigability according to the stretching time and method or the nonuse waiting time of the terminal device is extracted based on the derived fatigability information and the derived fatigability reduction information. The fatigability according to the extracted stretching time and method or the nonuse waiting time of the terminal device is visually or auditorily displayed in real time, thereby preventing damage to health due to the cumulative fatigue according to the use of the terminal device.
