Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for managing health according to use of a terminal device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, cumulative fatigability is derived based on a relation formula for fatigability according to a use time of a terminal device. Fatigability reduction information according to stretching and a nonuse waiting time of the terminal device is derived based on a relation formula for information on the deduced fatigability and stretching or the nonuse waiting time of the terminal device. The fatigability according to the stretching time and method or the nonuse waiting time of the terminal device is extracted based on the derived fatigability information and the derived fatigability reduction information. The fatigability according to the extracted stretching time and method or the nonuse waiting time of the terminal device is visually or auditorily displayed in real time, thereby preventing damage to health due to the cumulative fatigue according to the use of the terminal device.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a music mood digitizing device. An embodiment of the music mood digitizing device includes a variable input part inputting values of tempo, pitch, harmony, beat, and genre and a control part calculating a mood value of music by using the values of tempo, pitch, harmony, beat, and genre. Since the mood of music is accurately displayed in a numerical value, a user easily and accurately identifies the mood of music.
