Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for a functional coating solution applicable to plastics is provided to improve a hydrophilic property, water repellency, UV blocking property, adhesive property, abrasion resistance, and strength when applied to plastics having the disadvantage of transparency and surface strength. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a functional coating solution applicable to plastics comprises titanium tetrabutoxide, acetone, (3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane, diethylene-triamine, catalyst, solvent and ion exchanged water. The catalyst is one or more selected from HNO3, HCl, and H2SO4. The solvent is isopropanol or general alcohols. The composition for a functional coating solution uses complex oxide microparticles instead of titanium tetrabutoxide.

Abstract: 본 발명은 플라스틱에 적용 가능한 기능성 코팅용액 조성물을 제공하기 위한 것으로, TTB(titaniumtetrabutoxide), 아세톤(Acetone), GPTS[(3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane], DETA(diethylene-triamine), 촉매, 용매, 이온교환수로 구성함으로서, 표면강도와 투명성의 단점을 갖는 플라스틱에 적용하여 친?발수성, UV 차단성, 접착력, 내마모성, 강도 등을 획기적으로 개선할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
