    Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for a functional coating solution applicable to plastics is provided to improve a hydrophilic property, water repellency, UV blocking property, adhesive property, abrasion resistance, and strength when applied to plastics having the disadvantage of transparency and surface strength. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a functional coating solution applicable to plastics comprises titanium tetrabutoxide, acetone, (3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane, diethylene-triamine, catalyst, solvent and ion exchanged water. The catalyst is one or more selected from HNO3, HCl, and H2SO4. The solvent is isopropanol or general alcohols. The composition for a functional coating solution uses complex oxide microparticles instead of titanium tetrabutoxide.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A coating composition for leather is provided to be cost effective by replacing an expensive coating composition with an inexpensive coating composition. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition for leather with brush stability, volatility and stability in dilution comprises 80-90 parts by weight % of nitrocellulose dope composition and 10-20 parts by weight % of polyurethane resin. The nitrocellulose dope composition is mixed with 25-45 parts by weight of alkyd resin, 4-8 parts by weight of nitro cellulose, 4-10 parts by weight of butylpropionate and 10-30 parts by weight of ketone. The polyurethane resin is polymerized by diisocyanate, 1,4- butanediol or ethylene glycol which is chosen from a group made of ether type polyol, N-methylpyrolidone (NMP) solvent, methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate and hexamethylene diisocyanate. The nitrocellulose dope composition comprises 70 parts by weight of ethyl acetate for 100 parts by weight of nitrocellulose dope composition.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A motion performing method of a vision-system-associated walking robot is provided so that if characters recognized by the camera of a walking robot match those stored in an image processing board, then corresponding commands are output and corresponding motion can be performed. CONSTITUTION: A motion performing method of a vision-system-associated walking robot is as follows. A character recognized by the camera of a walking robot is compared with that stored in an image processing board(S100,S110). If the two characters match, a vision board outputs a corresponding command to a motion board(S120). A program built in the motion board outputs a driving signal for driving each motor(S130). A robot performs corresponding motion with the driving of the motor(S140).
