Abstract: PURPOSE: A shock absorbing device is provided to minimize damage and protect passengers of a collided vehicle and operators by absorbing impact caused by the collision of a driving vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing device includes a case and a buffer plate (200). The case is connected to a vehicle, and a plurality of the buffer plates is arranged in the case to be separated from each other. The buffer plate absorbs impact applied to the vehicle while transformed due to external impact. A surface direction is parallel to the external impact. The buffer plate includes a plurality of bending units (210) to include a zigzag structure.
