Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermal insulating tank of asphalt mixture is provided to repair a road efficiently by keeping manufactured asphalt for a long time, and to improve the endurance of the road by increasing stability and abrasion resistance with heating asphalt mixture at the optimal temperature. CONSTITUTION: A constant temperature asphalt tank is composed of a case(12) storing asphalt mixture; a lid(14) combined with the upper part of the case; a thermal insulating material mounted at the side of the case to keep the asphalt mixture warm; a heating unit(18) heating the asphalt mixture out of the case; a flue(20) installed in the edge of the case to guide combustion gas from the heating unit and transmit heat to the case; plural temperature sensors(22,24) detecting the internal temperature of the case and the temperature of the flue; and a control unit(26) receiving the detecting signal from the temperature sensors and controlling the heating unit. The asphalt mixture is transported promptly with being stored in the tank in repairing the road, and heated in the case for pavement of the road. The remaining asphalt is contained in the tank after repairing the road.

Abstract: 본 발명은 제설기용 삽날의 노면 접지압력 조정장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 탱크와 리프트실린더 사이에 작동유의 공급라인과 복귀라인이 설치되고, 리프트실린더의 작동으로 제설용 삽날이 부착된 제설기의 승ㆍ하강 압력을 조정하는 장치에 있어서, 공급라인에는 탱크와 연결된 압력조정용 복귀라인이 연결되고, 이 압력조정용 복귀라인에 압력조정수단이 설치되어 리프트실린더에 제설기의 리프팅 압력을 부과하여 제설기의 하중을 경감시키고 삽날과 노면의 접지압력이 제설중에도 일정하게 유지됨으로써, 제설시 발생하는 노면의 상태에 따른 삽날이 승ㆍ하강되어 삽날의 접지압력이 일정하게 유지되어 제설능력이 향상되면서 삽날의 마모가 최소화되고, 이에 따라 제설차량의 운행 속도가 향상되어 시간당 제설능력이 최대화되도록 된 것이다.

CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for adjusting the grounding pressure of a shovel edge of a snowplow comprises a lift cylinder(101), a supply line(104), a return line(105), a direction control valve(106), a dual check valve(107), a pressure adjusting return line(110), a pressure adjusting unit, and a controller. The lift cylinder lifts a snowplow installed on a vehicle. The supply and return lines are arranged between the lift cylinder and a tank(102). The direction control valve switches the direction of working fluid supplied from the tank. The dual check valve controls the flow of the working fluid. The pressure adjusting return line is extended from the return line and connected to the supply line. The pressure adjusting unit applies the lifting pressure of the snowplow to the lift cylinder. The controller controls the pressure adjusting unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cutting device of torn bags is provided to cut a torn bag filled with CaCl2, sand or cereals promptly when a road is covered with snow in winter and to protect workers from dust of the torn bag. CONSTITUTION: A torn bag cutter has a trigonal pyramid shape. A central main frame(12) is set vertically in the center of the trigonal pyramid. Three inclined main frames(14) are mounted with a slope toward the upper end of the central main frame with forming a triangle centering on the lower end of the central main frame. The central main frame is connected with the inclined main frames by plural reinforcement members(16). The lower end of the central main frame is fixed to a point extended toward the center of the triangle from the same height point of the inclined main frames. The upper end of the central main frame, the apex(P) of the trigonal pyramid is sharp to form a hole on a torn bag when the torn bag is laid on the apex. Cutting blades(18) are combined outside the inclined main frames along the lower portion to cut the torn bag having a hole formed by the apex, by its weight. Base plates(20) are formed at the lower end of the inclined main frames to be laid on the ground or the bottom surface. When a torn bag filled with CaCl2 or sand is lifted up by a wheel loader or a ceiling crane and then laid on the central main frame, a hole is formed on the torn bag by the sharp apex. The torn bag is cut away by the cutting blades as the torn bag is move down by its weight. Therefore, CaCl2 or sand(R) in the torn bag is discharged out.
