Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart watcher system, comprising: a plurality of location change detecting devices (100) installed in a construction facility or construction equipment to detect location changes of the construction facility or the construction equipment and output detection signals according to the location changes; a data processing device (200) to receive the detection signals from each of the location change detecting devices (100), compare the detection signals with a stored reference value to be determined and output a risk signal if it is determined that there is a location change beyond the reference value in the construction facility or the construction equipment; and a remote checking terminal (300) to receive the risk signal from the data processing device (200) and display the risk status of the corresponding construction facility or construction equipment. According to the present invention, the smart watcher system can be used to safely manage the construction site in real time, thereby preventing large scale negligent accidents of workers, and reduce the personal expenses to manage the construction site.
