Abstract: PURPOSE: An overloaded vehicle enforcement method in a toll road is provided to effectively control an illegal vehicle by easily sorting the illegal vehicle such as a habitual overloaded vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A limited vehicle sensor(10) senses the entry and height limit of a vehicle(C). An axis load detector(20) detects an axis load of the entry vehicle. An image photographing device(30) takes a photograph of a license plate of the entry vehicle. The image photographing device stores information about a driving allowed vehicle. The image photographing device determines a limited vehicle and the driving allowed vehicle. The image photographing device transmits the information about the allowed vehicle to an information display board(60).
