    Abstract: A method of preparing single cell suspension of ginseng is provided to save costs by preventing the generation of by-products and using itself. A method of preparing single cell suspension of ginseng comprises the steps of: heating the ginseng at 90-100 ‹C for 20-30 seconds; pulverizing the heat-treated ginseng; decomposing the pulverized ginseng in 1.3-1.7 times purified water by reacting with protopectinase of 0.2% or 0.5 for 4-10 hours; filtering the decomposed pyrolysate; and sterilizing the filltered liquid.
