    Abstract: A method of preparing single cell suspension of ginseng is provided to save costs by preventing the generation of by-products and using itself. A method of preparing single cell suspension of ginseng comprises the steps of: heating the ginseng at 90-100 ‹C for 20-30 seconds; pulverizing the heat-treated ginseng; decomposing the pulverized ginseng in 1.3-1.7 times purified water by reacting with protopectinase of 0.2% or 0.5 for 4-10 hours; filtering the decomposed pyrolysate; and sterilizing the filltered liquid.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing granulated single cell powder of ginseng is provided to ensure original flavor and efficacy of ginseng. CONSTITUTION: Ginseng is heat-treated and pulverized at 90°C to 100°C for 20-30 seconds. The purified water is added to the pulverized ginseng and protopectinase is added to perform enzymatic decomposition. An enzymatic decomposition product is filtered and sterilized, and then freeze-dried. The freeze-dried ginseng single cell powder is granulated to 10~60mesh size. The purified water is added in the weight 1.3~1.7 times of the pulverized ginseng. Protopectinase is added in 0.2~0.5%.
