    Abstract: Disclosed is a high heat dissipation clad metal and a fabrication method thereof, having an intermediate basic material layer for vertical heat dissipation. The present invention includes: a matrix of a first metal; and a metallic powder comprised of a second metal dispersed inside the matrix. The matrix penetrates between the dispersed metallic powders to be connected, and the first metal has a higher stiffness than the second metal. According to the present invention, the clad metal shows high heat conductivity in the vertical direction by thermally and electrically connecting the upper and the lower side of the clad metal by providing an intermediate basic material layer including rigid particles inside the matrix of the high heat dissipation inside the clad metal.
