본 발명은 부작용이 적어 안전하면서도 장 내분비세포 자극 활성이 뛰어난 약학적 조성물 또는 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로서, Oldenlandia brachypoda 추출물, Spergularia marina 추출물, Disporum smilacinum 추출물, Persicaria posumbu 추출물 및 Geum aleppicum 추출물 중 어느 하나 이상을 유효성분으로 포함한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 당뇨병 예방 및 개선, 심장질환개선, 동맥경화증 개선, 소화 장애 및 흡수 장애 개선 또는 치료, 항비만 또는 식욕 억제, 신경보호 작용, 또는 간질환 치료 또는 개선 등을 위한 약학적 조성물 또는 식품 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 또한 본 발명의 조성물은 GLP-1, CCK 또는 5-HT의 분비 자극 또는 hTGR5 활성화에 영향을 미치고, TRP, TRPA1, 지 단백(G protein) 및 PLCβ2 활성제로 작용할 수 있다.

A method for manufacturing a polysaccharide fraction for reducing blood sugar comprises: a step of fermenting a ginseng with a Gnoderma lucidum; a step of filtering the fermented material with distilled water; and a step of mixing the filtered solution and ethanol and obtaining precipitate of polysaccharide fraction.
