Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing natural material powder is provided to manufacture the natural material powder by coating the surface of natural materials with the functional additive compositions to remove functional and beneficial effects of the natural materials. CONSTITUTION: A functional additive composition comprises sugar-alcohol and organic acid. Sugar-alcohol is erythritol, maltitiol, sorbitol, xylitol, mannitol, or a mixture consisting of above materials. The sugar-alcohols are erythritol. Organic acid is citric acid, fumaric acid, maleic acid, succinic acid, tartaric acid or a mixture consisting of the above materials. The organic acid is the citric acid. The natural material is Dioscorea batatas.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing Dioscorea batatas fermentation is provided to improve blood flow without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving blood flow contains Dioscorea batatas fermentation obtained by fermenting with Kimchi Lactobacillus. The Kimchi Lactobacillus is Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus amylophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus fermentum, or Lactobacillus pentosus. The fermentation is performed at 35-40°C for 3-7days. A composition for improving blood flow contains a fraction as an active ingredient, which is obtained by isolating the fermentation with an organic solvent. The organic solvent is n-hexane, chloroform, ethylacetate, n-butanol, or ethanol.
