    Abstract: 본 발명은 냉각수 재활용시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 농산물을 세척 및 예냉을 할 때 사용하는 냉각수를 재활용하는 것으로, 냉각수 사용장치를 거쳐 나온 폐냉각수를 이물질제거필터를 이용하여 큰 이물질을 제거하고, 이물질이 제거된 폐냉각수를 전해시켜 유기물을 결정화하고, 결정화된 유기물을 필터링하고, 유기물 결정이 필터링된 폐냉각수를 냉각장치를 통과시켜 냉각시킨후, 상기 냉각수 사용장치에서 재사용하므로써, 일반적인 지하수 또는 수도수 등의 원수(16~18℃)를 2~5℃로 냉각시키기 위해 사용되는 에너지보다 훨씬 적은 에너지(폐냉각수 약 7℃에서 2~5℃로 냉각)를 사용하여 냉각수를 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    Abstract: A dehydrator for drying washed agricultural products is provided to prevent clogging of holes by the washed agricultural products, and to perfectly remove moisture of a lower part of the washed agricultural products by forming protrusions around holes of a hole-punched conveyor and alternatively disposing a differential pressure portion and a pressurization portion in a lower part of the hole-punched conveyor. A dehydrator for drying washed agricultural products(40) comprises a drying/dehydrating room(10), a hole-punched conveyor(30), a differential pressure portion(20) and a pressurization portion(21). The hole-punched conveyor is provided with holes and disposed in a lower part of the drying/dehydrating room. The differential pressure portion is formed in the lower part of the drying/dehydrating room and portioned by the hole-punched conveyor.     Abstract: A method of desalting salted food using a desalted water producing apparatus without underground water or municipal water is provided to reduce the desalting time to about 2.5 days and produce the salted food with extremely low salt concentration. Salted food is put into desalted water and subjected to desalting for 10 to 80hr in a first step and desalting with fresh desalted water for 1 to 80hr in a second step. The desalted water is obtained with a desalted water producing apparatus comprising an anode plate to apply a positive electrode and a cathode plate which is alternatively disposed with the anode plate to apply more or less of a negative electrode than the anode plate. The anode plate and cathode plate are disposed perpendicular to the flow direction of water in the body. The desalting process contains air bubbling at 30 to 45deg.C.

    Abstract: A cooling water recycling system which reduces the consumption of energy by recycling cooling water used when agricultural products are washed or cooled using an electrolyzer is provided.
