    Abstract: PURPOSE: A slide chip for a detection sensor for food-borne pathogens and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to quickly and accurately detect the food-borne pathogens. CONSTITUTION: A slide chip for a detection sensor for food-borne pathogens comprises: a substrate which is coated with a metal; a linker having a substituent which is able to bind to the metal and is positioned at 5' terminal of deoxythymidine(dT); and an RNA aptamer which is derived from food-borne pathogens and binds to the linker. The metal is silver or gold. The substituent is a thiol group(-SH). A method for manufacturing the slide chip comprises: a step of coating the substrate with silver and preparing a silver nanofilm; a step of binding the RNA aptamer and the linker and preparing an RNA aptamer-linker conjugate; and a step of binding the thiol group of the RNA aptamer-linker conjugate to the silver coated on the substrate, and fixing the RNA aptamer-linker conjugate on the silver nanofilm.
