Abstract: PURPOSE: A coldness keeping packing material with flexibility is provided to enable a film sheet to be folded and crumpled by filling multiple storing spaces divided in the inside of the film sheet with constant intervals. CONSTITUTION: A coldness keeping packing material with flexibility comprises the following: two film sheets(10) mutually adhered with heat pressing; and multiple storing spaces(15) divided in between the film sheets while being filled with refrigerants. The multiple storing spaces are arranged by column and formed in an embossing rectangular shape. The refrigerant is a phase changing material in a form of gel or powder selected from the group consisting of polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acid, polymethacrylic acid, polyethylene oxide, polyvinyl alcohol, tetradecane in a Hydrocarbon class, octadecane and nonadecane.
