Abstract:
The present invention relates to a laminating method for a vehicle seat capable of improving the adhesive strength between seat fabric and polyurethane foamed body by allowing adhesive filled in the groove of a mesh roller to be uniformly and completely transferred to a subject by being applied with a mesh type hot melt dot producing method, wherein the hot melt dot producing method is previously applied and registered (Korean patent publication No.10-1203629) by the applicant of the present invention. The laminating method of the present invention can improve the adhesive strength, although the density of a hot melt per unit area dot is not high, and also improve permeability by processing the seat fabric or polyurethane foamed body in advance through radiating the seat fabric or polyurethane foamed body with UV or plasma before hot melt dots are formed.

본 발명은 자동차 시트의 라미네이팅 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 본 발명의 출원인에 의해 선출원되어 등록(국내 등록특허공보 제10-1203629호)받은 메쉬 타입의 핫멜트 도트 제조방법을 자동차 시트의 라미네이팅 방법에 적용함으로써, 메쉬롤러의 홈에 충전되어 있던 접착제가 잔류 접착제 없이 피착제로 모두 균일하게 전이될 수 있도록 함으로써 시트 원단과 폴리우레탄 발포체 간의 접착력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하며, 아울러, 상기와 같은 핫멜트 도트를 형성시키기 전에 UV 또는 플라즈마를 조사하여 시트 원단 또는 폴리우레탄 발포체를 선처리함으로써, 핫멜트 도트의 단위 면적당 밀도가 높지 않더라도 접착력을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있으며 이로 인해 통기성 역시 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는, 자동차 시트의 라미네이팅 방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a resin composition for an insole foam with excellent antibiosis, a deodorizing function, and shape-stability, and a resin composition for an insole foam manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a resin composition for an insole foam with excellent antibiosis, a deodorizing function, and shape-stability, and a resin composition for an insole foam manufactured thereby which is capable of improving mechanical properties and shape-stability of the insole foam by only adding the small amount as coffee waste powder is applied as a filler; applying antibiosis and a deodorizing function to the insole foam by the coffee waste powder; and recycling the coffee waste powder which was used to be wasted.

PURPOSE: An anti-slip outsole composition and an outsole which is manufactured by using thereof are provided to maximize hysteresis friction force, thereby improving anti-slip property, durability, and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: An anti-slip outsole composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of polymeric material, 0.1-20 parts by weight of clay mineral, 0.5-10 parts by weight of anion-based surface modification agent, and 0.05-60 parts by weight of cross-linking agent. The anion-based surface modification agent is one selected from polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether, lauryl POE(3) phosphoric acid, sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate, sodium dialkyl sulfosuccinate, and a combinations thereof. The clay mineral is one selected from kaolinite, dicanite, halloysite, montmorillonite, bentonite, acid clay, illite, glauconite, and a combination thereof.

PURPOSE: A rubber composition is provided, which exhibits high abrasion resistance and excellent fashionable appearance, thus is useful as the outer sole of shoes. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a base rubber; 30-60 parts by weight of white carbon as a filler; 3-10 parts by weight of a process oil; 2-7 parts by weight of a coupling agent; 2-7 parts by weight of a crosslinking auxiliary; 1.0-3 parts by weight of sulfur; 0.1-3 parts by weight of a curing auxiliary; 3-10 parts by weight of zinc oxide; 0.5-3 parts by weight of stearic acid; and 0.1-2 parts by weight of a pigment.
