    Abstract: PURPOSE: A transverse magnetic field type projection system is provided to have a simple structure and reduce failure by being supplied with power in a noncontacting manner. CONSTITUTION: A stator has a number of U shaped cores(1) and coils(2) wound around the U shaped cores(1). The cores(1) are arranged with each other with a distance. Movers(6) are arranged on the U shaped cores(1) with a distance(7). A rectangular core(3) is placed at one side of the movers(6). Second coil(4) is wound around outer periphery of the rectangular core(3) along the linear movement direction of the movers(6). The rectangular core(3) has a longer dimension along the wound direction of the second coil(4). When the first coils(2) are applied with electricity, the second coil(4) is induced with electromotive force due to mutual induction.
