Abstract: 본 발명은 우편물 접수 일정 관리 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는, 우편물을 접수하는 일정에 대해 사전 수립되어 있는 계획인 기존 작업 계획을 사용자 단말기로 제공한다. 그리고 제공된 기존 작업 계획을 접한 사용자의 단말기로부터 우편물 접수를 원하는 예약 일정 및, 우편물에 관한 정보를 수신한다. 한편, 사용자의 우편물 접수에 관련된 과거 기록을 토대로 사용자의 신용도를 결정하며, 결정된 신용도를 소정의 기준에 따라 일정 등급으로 분류한다. 이어, 분류된 등급에 따라 우편물을 접수하는데 소요되는 전체 시간을 산출한다. 그리고 산출된 시간, 앞서 수신된 예약 일정 및 우편물에 관한 정보를 토대로, 우편물을 접수하는 일정을 예약하며, 예약에 앞서 분류된 등급을 우선시한다. 이어, 예약된 일정대로 우편물 접수를 수행한다.
이를 통해, 다량의 우편물 접수에 소요되는 시간을 상당히 줄일 수 있으며, 사용자를 신용도에 따라 선별적으로 관리하여 서비스의 품질을 높일 수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an automated sorting device and a method thereof which use a 4-way crossed belt instead of an existing unilateral or bilateral crossed belt used for an automated sorting device such as a parcel sorting machine. The 4-way crossed belt device includes at least one x-axis driving shaft which is unilaterally connected with a separable belt capable of being welded in the up, down, left, and right directions in order to rotate the belt, and at least one y-axis driving shaft which rotates the belt orthogonally. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and device for sorting postal matters by a unit and a method for manufacturing reception information of postal matters are provided to establish a distribution plan by obtaining the flowing information of the postal matter during a postal matter process step. CONSTITUTION: A device for sorting postal matters by a unit comprises a barcode reader(200) and a postal matter dividing part(300). The barcode reader reads the corresponding barcode of the postal matter and gets the ZIP code of the postal matter. The barcode reader produces the transportation information base on the ZIP code. The postal matter dividing part outputs the printed sheet corresponding to the transportation information and is inserted among postal matters if the transportation destination is changed. When the postal matters are sorted according to a transit vessel, those are sorted based on the printed sheet.
