Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for postal matter receiving system are provided not to visit a post office or a mail central station for receiving a large amount of postal matter, thereby increasing the convenience of a client. CONSTITUTION: A reservation managing module(110) receives post matter receiving information of a client. A transportation network managing module(130) selects a mail central station which neighbors to the client and transportation which will receives postal matter of the client and calculates a transportation cost corresponding to the transportation. An analysis module(120) selects optimum mail central station based on the transportation cost and the postal availability processing capacity and sets a visiting reception schedule of the selected mail central station.

Abstract: 본 발명은 영상 인식 기반 다국어 접수 정보 처리 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 해외에서 국내로 유입되는 우편물을 처리할 때, 외국어로 국내 주소가 기재되어 있는 경우 이를 정확한 한국어 주소로 변환하고, 이미 부착되어 있는 바코드 또는 새로 생성하는 바코드에 이 정보를 매핑한다. 또한, 문자 인식 기술을 통해 문자 해석이 불가능할 때는, 읽어 들인 영상 정보를 원격지의 영상 타건 센터로 보내 전문 인력이 한국어로 변환하여 정보를 바코드에 매핑할 수 있도록 한다.
이를 통해, 자동으로 접수 정보를 쉽게 해석할 수 있고 바코드와 매핑함으로써, 작업자의 생산성뿐만 아니라 업무 처리율이 향상된다. 또한, 최종 배달 프로세스에서 배달원이 바코드를 읽어들일 때 배달원의 PDA(Personal Digital Assistants)등과 같은 디스플레이 장치에 상세 한글 주소를 디스플레이 해줌으로써, 국내 등기 우편과 유사한 정도의 업무량으로 국제 우편 처리에 따른 업무량을 개선할 수 있다.

Abstract: A system and a method for the operation management of a physical distribution center are provided to manage manpower in distribution center by monitoring whether or not the distribution center is managed according to a plan. A material sensing module(220) analyzes past material patterns based on an operative plane cycle, and calculates the amount of workload that a distribution center should process based on the analyzed result.
