Abstract: PURPOSE: A peptide compound for detecting or suppressing corona virus which causes SARS is provided to form strong bond with SARS corona virus and to easily synthesize. CONSTITUTION: An agent for capturing and inhibiting SARS corona virus contains a comound of chemical formula 1. A method for contacting the compound of chemical formula 1 with a test sample for detecting SARS corona virus comprises: a step of fixing the test sample on a substrate surface; a step of contacting the compound of chemical formula 1 with the test sample; and a step of contacting a label-conjugated secondary capturing material.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for forming pattern of bio-sensor substrate is provided to selectively generate amine group when treating surface of the substrate and reduce production cost using printer and OHP film. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a pattern of bio-sensor substrate comprises: a step of supplying a substrate; a step of forming amine layer on the substrate; a step of positioning a mask containing transmission region and non-transmission region; a step of irradiating UV on the amine layer using the mask to selectively remove amine layer; a step of preparing the substrate; and a step of forming silicon oxide layer or metal layer on the substrate.
