Abstract: 본 발명은 이동전화가 설치된 차량을 도난당하였을 경우 통화차단은 물론 통신망을 통해 도난차량의 위치를 파악하여 회수할 수 있도록 하기 위한 도난시 회수방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 이동전화가 설치된 차량을 도난당했을 경우, 사용자가 통신망에 분실신고를 하면, 통신망에서 신고된 차량의 이동전화로의 모든 통화요구를 차단하고 페이징 채널을 통해 도난 메시지를 해당번호의 차량 이동전화로 송신하는 제1단계와, 도난메시지를 수신한 차량 이동전화가 응답메시지를 통신망으로 송신하여 도난차량의 위치를 파악할 수 있도록 하는 제2단계와, 통신망에서 도난차량 이동전화로 부터의 응답이 있음을 사용자에게 알리고, 인접한 기지국에서도 도난메시지를 수신하도록 하여 도난 차량의 위치를 파악하는 제3단계와, 도난차량의 위치 를 파악한 후, 사용자가 이를 회수토록 하고, 차량이동전화에서 통화재개 요청 메시지를 발신하는 제4단계와, 통화재개 응답메시지를 수신한 통신망이 상기 도난 차량 이동전화의 통화차단 조치를 해제하는 제5단계를 포함한다.

Abstract: interrupting all request for a call to the mobile telephone installed in the missed vehicle through a communication network, and sending a missing message to the mobile telephone corresponding to telephone number through a paging channel when a vehicle established with a mobile telephone is missed; automatically sending a response message to the communication network from the mobile telephone in the missed vehicle in order to find out the position of the missed vehicle; informing the user of an answer from the mobile telephone at the communication network; receiving the missing message in a base station; after finding out the position of the missed vehicle, sending a message for requesting for a second call from the mobile telephone; and cancelling the call interruption of the mobile telephone through the communication network.
Abstract translation: 通过通信网络中断对安装在错过的车辆中的移动电话的呼叫的所有请求，并且当用移动电话建立的车辆被错过时，通过寻呼信道向对应于电话号码的移动电话发送丢失的消息; 从错误车辆中的移动电话自动向通信网络发送响应消息，以便找出错过的车辆的位置; 在通信网络上通知来自移动电话的应答; 在基站接收丢失的消息; 在发现错过的车辆的位置之后，从移动电话发送用于请求第二次呼叫的消息; 并通过通信网络取消移动电话的呼叫中断。
