PURPOSE: A route setting method provides route setting method and device to pass each stop through an optimal route for minimum time. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of stops is inputted through a user input part (S200) and information about stops is provided to a stopping time calculation part. The existence of a prior stop is determined. (S202) A route from a starting point to the prior stop is set up when the prior stop exists. (S204) A route passing time for the route and between stops is calculated on the basis of a current traffic condition collected by a communication part. (S206) The calculated result is provided to a route setting part. An optimal route is set up (S210) on the basis of routes stored in a traffic condition database after a route through all stops with minimum time is set up. (208) The optimal route is set up using the information in the database by calculating passing time between the stops (S212) on the basis of the current traffic condition and setting up a minimum moving time route (S208). PURPOSE: A vehicle even distribution and telematics service providing system for sharing vehicles and a method thereof are provided to notify closed return points to a driver based on vehicle return information. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle sharing management server (500) periodically receives information related to vehicle arrangement states from each point management device (200) and each transfer point management device (400). The vehicle sharing management server transmits real-time vehicle return information based on reservation information inputted by a user terminal (100) to each point management device. When a driver wants to return a vehicle, a vehicle terminal (300) transmits a vehicle return method to the vehicle sharing management server by confirming the vehicle return method set by the driver.

An apparatus and a method for providing communication QoS according to a VoIP SLA are provided to supply a user with data about end-to-end communication quality levels of a VoIP service, thereby predicting current quality information and a future QoS state through actual communication quality data. An apparatus for providing communication QoS(Quality of Service) according to a VoIP SLA(Voice over Internet Protocol Service Level Agreement) comprises the followings: a communication QoS setting unit(21) for setting threshold values for corresponding QoS-related data according to the SLA; a QoS collecting unit(24) for collecting the QoS-related data corresponding to a VoIP circuit of each subscriber; and a communication QoS processing unit(22) which compares the collected QoS-related data with the threshold values to perform QoS monitoring according to the subscribers.
