Abstract:
A method of transmitting and receiving a data frame supporting a video MAC protocol and a system thereof are provided to use contents having error partially, thereby reducing waste of network resources due to contents retransmission. A video MAC(Media Access Control) support terminal determines whether a video MAC protocol is supported(S210). A video MAC data frame is received so that the video MAC support terminal determines whether error exists in a header. If the error does not exist in the header, the received video MAC data frame is provided to a user without respect to that error exists in a body(S240).

본 발명에 따른 콘텐츠 추천 장치는 수신된 동영상 콘텐츠의 메타데이터를 속성별로 분류하여 클래스를 구성하고, 상기 구성된 클래스를 온톨로지로 구성하는 온톨로지 관리부, 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 시청 이력 정보에 기초하여 구성된 온톨로지에서 유사 콘텐츠를 검색하고, 검색된 유사 콘텐츠에 대해 클래스 속성을 대상으로 우선순위를 부여하여 유사 콘텐츠 사이의 우선 순위를 설정하여 콘텐츠 추천 정보를 생성하는 콘텐츠 추천부 및 생성된 콘텐츠 추천 정보에 기초하여 사용자 단말로부터 수신된 콘텐츠 요청에 기초하여 대응하는 콘텐츠를 제공하는 콘텐츠 서비스부를 포함한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dynamic management system of a mobile communication base station for power management of a mobile communication base station by controlling power of a wireless signal processing unit and a digital signal processing unit in the base station. The dynamic management system of a mobile communication base station according to the present invention may include: a mobile communication base station including a wireless signal processing unit and a digital signal processing unit; and an apparatus for power management of the base station. The apparatus for power management of the mobile communication base station includes: a receiving unit for receiving information about traffic situation from each base station; a database unit for storing information about mobile communication provision service; a calculation control unit for performing calculation for power management of each base station based on the received traffic situation information and the stored mobile communication provision service, and generating a first control signal for controlling power of a wireless signal processing unit within each base station and a second control signal for controlling power of a digital signal processing unit; and a transmitter for transmitting the generated first control signal and the second control signal to each base station.

PURPOSE: A call connection method of an emergency call center and apparatus thereof based on the preference of a user are provided to attempt call connection to an emergency call center through an internet telephone terminal. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(400) communicates with a network device. A emergency call center information storing unit(410) stores URL(Uniform Resource Locator) information of an emergency call center. A control unit(420) generates an invite message including URL information of the emergency call center according to the request of a user. The control unit transmits the invite message to a proxy server.

PURPOSE: An internet terminal capable of relay of media data in public network is provided to efficiently transmit media data by sharing a session board controller with a terminal by transmitting media data. CONSTITUTION: An originating terminal(215) transmits internet phone access signaling to a receiving terminal(255) through a session border controller(220). The session board controller transmits address information of MRP(Media Relay Peers) to the receiving terminal. The session board controller transmits address information of the relay terminal to the originating terminal. The relay terminal transmits the media data to the originating terminal.
