Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for testing an abrasion of a chip on board contact terminal of an IC card is provided to judge a quality and a durability of an IC card by measuring a surface abrasion degree of a chip on board contact terminal constituted on an IC card and to manufacture an improved IC card based on the judgement. CONSTITUTION: A switch unit(30) resets an input and a state of a power source. A cylinder control unit(10) creates an air pressure and generates a force having a linear reciprocation movement. A card driving unit(60) converts the linear reciprocation movement of the cylinder control unit(10) into a linear reciprocation movement of a card. A counter/presetting unit(40) includes a sensor for sensing the number of linear reciprocation movements of a slider, displays a sensing signal of a sensor as a visible numeral, and returns a displayed numeral into the original position. A chip contactor unit(70) is mounted at the upper end of a guide rail for inserting and discharging a card, and reads or stores data from a contacted terminal of an inserted card. A chip tester unit(90) judges a transmitted and received signal from the chip contactor unit(70) and outputs a control signal with respect to an operation of a testing device.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for recognizing an ID card are provided to easily discriminate the truth of the ID card through the online, and reinforce security while changing the present system minimally. CONSTITUTION: An image input tool(10) scans an image of the ID card. A wire/wireless communication terminal(30) encrypts/transmits the image data of the ID card output from the image input tool to an ID card management center(50) connected through a web browser and displays a truth message of the ID card. A database(51) receives/stores the ID information of subscribers and the photo information on the ID card as digital data. An analysis server(57) receives the image data of the ID card by decrypting the encrypted data transmitted from the communication terminal, respectively separates the decrypted data into an ID card number and the photo data, searches/extracts the registered photo data of the ID card number stored in the database based on the separated ID card number, and compares the extracted photo data with the registered photo data. A communication server(55) transmits the truth message of the ID card depending on a judgment result of the analysis server to the communication terminal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A forgery-free identification card using a synthetic paper and a preparation method thereof are provided to enhance the reproducibility at printing and reduce the reproducibility greatly at reprinting. CONSTITUTION: The forgery-free identification card(1) with an information printed on the outside of a sheet of synthetic resin material by a thermal transfer printer comprises a blank card(6) formed by adhering the synthetic paper sheets(3) integrally by a hot melt adhesive(5) on both sides or one side of a heartwood sheet(4); an image-receiving layer(2) coated on the outside of the synthetic paper sheets(3); and an information printed on the outside of the image-receiving layer(2).
