The present invention provides an automatic height maintaining device for a railroad bed, a railroad bed having the same, and an automatic height maintaining method of the railroad bed using the same. The present invention comprises: a lower expansion member (20) which comprises a lower plate (21) and vertical walls (22); an upper support member which comprises an upper plate (11) and side walls (12) and covers the top of the lower expansion member to form a flowable filler filling space (30); a flowable filler storage part (13) which is formed on the upper plate (11) and has an preliminary filling space connected to the flowable filler filling space (30); a spring member (14) which applies elastic force to the lower plate (21); and flowable filler (31) which is filled in the flowable filler filling space and the preliminary filling space and flows by gravity. The upper support member (10) and the lower expansion member (20) are arranged on the bottom surface of a railroad bed (100). When the roadbed below the railroad bed is subsided, the lower expansion member (20) is subsided by the elastic force of the spring member (14), the flowable filler filling space (30) is expanded, and the flowable filler (31) automatically flows into the expanded flowable filler filling space (30) to maintain the height of the railroad bed (100).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A variable support apparatus for reinforcing a floating sleeper and a reinforcement method of a floating sleeper using the same are provided to stably and continuously support a floating sleeper for a long time without interference with the traveling of a railway. CONSTITUTION: A variable support apparatus (1) for reinforcing a floating sleeper comprises a main body and injection parts (20). The main body is arranged on a cavity formed between a floating sleeper (100) and a roadbed and is composed of a top surface (11) and a bottom surface (12). An inner space where filler (3) is injected is formed by integrating the edges of the top and bottom surfaces of the main body. The injection ports are coupled to the main body to inject the filler into the inner space of the main body.
