Abstract: The present invention provides a mirror polishing device and a mirror polishing method. The mirror polishing device comprises a lightened mirror including a lightening pattern on one surface and having the other surface polished; a metallic fixing block including a first groove with a first depth for having the mirror inserted and hung therein and including a second groove with a second depth greater than the first depth on the bottom surface of the first groove; a sealing member inserted between the side surface of the mirror and the side wall of the first groove for sealing fluid; a fluid pressure adjusting part for receiving the fluid, providing the fluid to the second groove, and maintaining the pressure of the second groove; and a fluid supply part for supplying the fluid to the fluid adjusting part.
