Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing graphene, an apparatus for manufacturing the graphene, and the graphene are provided to utilize a specimen coated with the graphene for various purposes. CONSTITUTION: A specimen is arranged in a treating container(130). The specimen is floated. Graphene is grown on the entire surface of the floated specimen. A method for growing the graphene on the entire surface of the floated specimen includes either a process, in which operational gas containing hydrogen and carbon is plasma-treated and is supplied into the treating container, or a process in which the specimen is heated to form the graphene. A catalyst layer containing transition metals or carbonized metals is formed on the surface of the specimen.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a graphine macro-tube is provided to implement a mass-production by simplifying manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: Carbon is deposited on the surface of metal wires. The metal wires with the deposited carbon are etched to form a graphine micro-tube. The outer diameter of a metal wire is between 1 and 200um. The metal is transition metal and is selected from copper, gold, silver, palladium, and platinum. The inner diameter and the length of the micro-tube is controlled by the outer diameter and the length of the metal wire.
