Abstract: PURPOSE: An out-gassing measuring device and an out-gassing measuring method are provided to measure the amount of out-gassing by measuring the pressure of both sides of an orifice. CONSTITUTION: An out-gassing measuring device comprises a transparent tube(120), an infrared heating unit(110), a main chamber(130), a secondary chamber(140), an orifice(150), a discharge unit(145) and a secondary vacuum system(142). The transparent tube is formed from a material transmitting infrared rays. The infrared heating unit heats samples(170) in the transparent tube using infrared rays. The main chamber is connected to one end of the transparent tube. The secondary chamber is connected to the main chamber. The orifice is arranged between the main and secondary chambers and controls flow-rate conductance. The discharge unit is connected to the secondary chamber to discharge air from the main and secondary chambers.

Abstract: 본 발명은 탈기체 측정 장치 및 그 측정 방법을 제공한다. 이 탈기체 측정 장치는 적외선을 투과하는 재질로 구성된 투명 튜브, 투명 튜브를 감싸도록 배치되고 튜명 튜브 내부에 배치된 시료에 적외선을 방출하여 가열하는 적외선 가열부, 튜명 튜브의 일단에 연결된 메인 챔버, 메인 챔버에 연결된 보조 챔버, 보조 챔버와 메인 챔버 사이에 배치되어 유량 컨덕턴스(conductance)를 조절하는 조리개(orifice), 보조 챔버에 연결되어 보조 챔버 내부를 배기하는 배기부, 보조 챔버내부의 압력을 측정하는 보조 진공계, 및 메인 챔버의 압력을 측정하는 메인 진공계를 포함한다.
