Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for reducing stress on the connecting part of an aircraft is provided to prevent breakage of tail rings and to lengthen the life by reducing stress due to deformation through installation of a connecting structure consisting of a fairing. CONSTITUTION: Two tail rings(5) are connected via a hinge(6) in the tail of an aircraft. Fairings(7) are covered on the hinge to smoothly connect the outer part around the hinge. If deformation due to vibration or pneumatic pressure occurs in a part of the tail ring, bending deformation is absorbed in the hinge and the fairings. By connecting the tail wings without bending stress via the hinge and reducing air resistance via the fairings, damage due to the vibration and the deformation of the tail rings is avoided. Further, the life of a connecting part(8) is lengthened.

Abstract: 본발명은항공기의날개연결부위에발생되는응력을완화시켜구조적안전성을향상시키고중량을감소시킬수 있도록하는것으로서로연결된주날개 (Joined Wing)나수평및 수직꼬리날개의연결부분에경첩과페어링을사용하여항공기의진동이나공기력에의한변형에도연결부위가견딜수 있도록하는항공기날개결합부의응력경감구조에관한것이다. 종래항공기는꼬리날개를직접연결함으로써두개의붐이운용중에진동및 공기력에의한변형이발생시연결부위에고도의응력이부과되고한쪽편꼬리날개의하중이다른편꼬리날개로전달되어균열이발생할염려가크며, 이를방지하기위하여구조물의중량이커지는문제가있었다. 따라서본 발명은시옷자형이나디귿자형으로각을이루고만나는두개의날개를서로연결해주는경첩과경첩의주변공간을페어링으로막아주어꼬리날개의변형으로인한손상방지및 수명연장, 구조물의중량을감소시키는것이다.
