Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for visualizing buoyancy under microgravity environment is provided to enable a test, which is usually performed in a space, on the ground by simulating the microgravity environment of actual space. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for visualizing buoyancy under microgravity environment comprises a falling tower (100), a test bed (200), a smoke generating part, a camera, and an attaching and detaching member (120). The falling tower has a vertical falling passage (150). The test bed falls down along the falling passage of the falling tower and has an inner space. The smoke generating part is installed on the inner bottom of the test bed and generates smoke to the top. The camera photographs the inside of the test bed. The detaching member is installed on the top of the falling passage and attaches and detaches the test bed to/from the top of the falling passage.

Abstract: A culture fluid circulating device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a cylinder unit which is connected with a chamber and stores a culture fluid which is supplied to or discharged from the chamber; and a piston unit which is received inside the cylinder unit and moves while being in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder unit to discharge the culture fluid from the cylinder unit to supply the culture fluid to the chamber while discharging the culture fluid from the chamber to supply the culture fluid to the cylinder unit. The amount of the culture fluid discharged from the cylinder unit is equal to the amount of the culture fluid supplied from the chamber. According to the present invention, the same amount of culture fluid is discharged and supplied at the same time through the piston unit which is driven with one motor so that the pressure inside the chamber for culturing cells is maintained regardless of the circulation amount, the circulation speed, and the circulation time of the culture fluid and a cell culturing condition within the chamber is maintained. Therefore, damage to the chamber and the leakage of the culture fluid caused by the change of pressure are prevented. Also, the amount of the culture fluid supplied and discharged is quantified and controlled accurately with a simple composition. Therefore, there is no need to employ an expensive pump which performs the same function and installation costs are reduced. The convenience and operability of a user are improved because of a simple operation and thus the reliability of a product is improved.
