Abstract: 본 발명에 따르면, 블레이드를 적재하는 블레이드 승강대와 작업인원이 탑승하는 인원승강대 및 상기 블레이드 승강대와 인원승강대의 하부면에 장착되어 상기 두 승강대를 지지하는 하부플레이트를 포함하여 구비되는 승강부;와 하부플레이트의 하부면에 장착되어 승강부의 하단부를 지지하며, 두 개의 프레임이 X자상으로 교차되어 결합된 하부시저암이 수직방향으로 연속되어 결합된 구조로 구비된 하부시저암부;와 상기 하부시저암부의 하부에 위치하며, 하부시저암부의 하단부에 위치한 프레임의 일측에 장착된 구동실린더를 상하 작동시켜, 하부시저암부에 구비된 각각의 시저암이 접철됨으로써, 승강부의 상하 수직이동이 가능하도록 구비된 하부 시저암구동부; 및 하부시저암부의 하단부의 일단과 일측부가 고정결합되어 하부시저암부를 지지하며, 승강부와 하부 시저암구동부의 하중을 지지할 수 있도록 지면에 고정된 지지부를 포함하며, 블레이드 승강대의 하단부에는 두 개의 프레임이 X자상으로 교차되어 결합된 상부시저암과 상부시저암의 일측에는 구동실린더가 장착된 상부 시저암구동부가 더 구비되어, 블레이드 승강대가 하부플레이트에서 더 상승가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 훨타워용 블레이드 리프트.

Abstract: A blade lift for whirl tower test facility is provided to control vertical and horizontal angles of a blade mounting board to insert one end of the blade into a combining groove of a rotor hub. A blade lift for whirl tower test facility includes a lifting unit(20), a lower part seizure arm(50), a lower part seizure arm driver, and a supporting part(60). The lifting unit includes a blade platform loading a blade, a person platform on which working staffs ride, and a lower plate supporting the two platforms. The lower part seizure arm is attached to the bottom face of the lower plate to support the bottom end of the lifting unit. The lower part seizure arm driver vertically moves the lifting unit. The supporting part is fixed to one end of the bottom of the lower part seizure arm to support the lower part seizure arm and supports the loads of the lifting unit and the lower part seizure arm driver.
