Abstract: PURPOSE: A cage for breeding monkeys is provided to help monkeys maintain a balance sense in the walking, to wash and sterilize depositions of excrements created by monkeys and to prevent monkeys from opening the door and escaping with a dual door locking means. CONSTITUTION: A cage body forms a monkey breeding space on inside, and a monkey entry hole to the breeding space is formed in the front side. A door(200) is installed to be rotatable to the entry hole of the cage body, and opens and closes the entry hole. A rail has an internal space opening only an upper side, and is installed in the lower left/right part of the cage body. An excrements receiver(300) is installed to be moved slidingly to the rail. If the door is locked and the entry hole is closed, the excrements receiver receives excrements of the monkey bred in the cage body. Floor partitions(400) are arranged and formed with intervals to each other to allow excrements in the open upper side of the excrements receiver pass through, are composed of a floor surface of the cage body, prevents monkeys from slipping and monkeys' feet from sliding and prevents precipitation of excrements in the lower part.

Abstract: 본 발명은 용접 흄(welding fume)에 대한 노출 여부 확인용 바이오마커 및 이를 이용한 확인 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 폐질환을 유발하는 용접 흄의 노출 또는 노출 후 회복에 의해 특이적으로 유전자 발현이 증가 또는 감소하는 바이오마커, 및 이를 이용한 용접 흄에 대한 노출 또는 노출역(歷) 여부를 확인하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바이오마커가 집적된 DNA 마이크로어레이 칩은 인간의 폐에 대한 용접 흄 노출 또는 노출역(歷) 여부를 판정하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 용접 흄에 의한 폐질환 유발 및 회복 기작을 규명하는 도구로 이용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A biomarkder for confirming exposure of welding fume and a confirmation method using the same are provided to determine the exposure. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for confirming exposure of welding fume contains a gene of which expression is increased or decreased by expression of welding fume. A microarray chip for confirming welding fume exposure comprises entire or partial oligonucleotide of biomarker gene sequence or oligonucleotide which is complementary to the oligonucleotide. A kit for confirming the exposure of welding fume has the microarray chip.
