Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer membrane prepared with a polymer material introduced a crosslinked structure in an inside polymer and a siloxane group in main chains is provided which has excellent processability, mechanical strength and separation performance. CONSTITUTION: Siloxane diamine of formula 1 and one or two or more dicarboxylic acid derivatives selected from diacylchloride, disulfonylchloride, diacid, dianhydride and monoacid-monoanhydride are polycondensated and crosslinked to produce a polymer separation membrane containing crosslinked organopolysiloxane. The polymer separation membrane exhibits excellent separation performance by applying to general membrane separation process such as gas separation and permeation evaporation.

Abstract: The refrigerant oil for household refrigerator is prepared using R-134a as a coolant. R-134a is prepared through additive reaction of pentaerysritol, 2-ethylhexylacid, 2-methylhexylacid or etc. using the solvent prereacted with pentaerysritol, 2-ethylhexylacid, 2-methylhexylacid or etc. The prepared refrigerant oil reduces the reaction time so that heat loss is minimized and the change of color is prevented.

Abstract: 본 발명은 높은 장치 투자비 및 운전비가 필요한 일반적인 TFE 제조방법과 대비되는 PTFE를 열분해하여 TFE를 연속적으로 대량 생산하는 이송장치에 관한 것으로서, PTFE의 열분해에 의해서 TFE의 상업적 생산이 가능한 공정을 개발하기 위한 PTFE의 연속 이송장치를 제공하고 있다.
본 발명에서 제공하고 있는 이송장치는 분말 혹은 입자형 PTFE를 고진공하에서 PTFE 이송의 중단없이 고온 열분해 반응기에 연속적으로 주입하여 TFE를 연속 대량 생산할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하고 있으며, 본 발명의 이송장치에 따르면 종전 PTFE 열분해에 의해 TFE를 생산하는 방법의 단점인 회분식 반응 및 PTFE의 이송불량(용착, 고착 등)에 의해 열분해 반응의 중단 및 잦은 장치의 해체 및 보수에 따른 생산성 저하를 극복하여 편리하고 경제적인 TFE의 상업적 대량 생산을 가능하게 하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a device for continuously transferring polytetrafluoroethylene, for developing a process capable of industrially producing a TFE by pyrolysis of PTFE. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises at least two major reservoir(10) for PTFE capable of storing particles or powders of PTFE and operating alternately; a minor reservoir(11) for PTFE which temporarily stores PTFE supplied from the major reservoir(10); a vertical screw feeder(13) which quantitatively introduces PTFE supplied from the minor reservoir(11) into process by duct(14); and a heat exchanger(15) which blocks and cools a heat transmitted from a vertical pyrolysis reactor(16). The device can conveniently and economically mass-produce a TFE.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer containing perfluoride alkyl-siloxane group and a separation membrane using the polymer are provided, to improve the separation efficiency of the separation membrane. CONSTITUTION: The polymer containing perfluoride alkyl-siloxane group is obtained by condensation polymerizing perfluoride alkyl-containing diamine represented by the formula 1; siloxane diamine represented by the formula 5; and one or more dicarboxylic acid derivatives selected from diacyl chloride, dianhydride, disulfonyl chloride, diacid and monoacid-monoanhydride. The equivalence of the dicarboxylic acid derivatives is equal to that of the two kinds of diamines. In the formula 1, Rf is represented by C(W1W2W3)(CF3)n(X)m(Y)-; W1, W2 and W3 represent H, F, Cl or CF3; X represents CONR or SO2NR (wherein R is H or an alkyl group of C1-C5); Y represents an alkylene group of C1-C10 substituted with OH or OCOCH3 or unsubstituted; n is an integer of 2-20; and m is 0 or 1, and in the formula 5, m is an integer of 2-95. The separation membrane is asymetric and is prepared by using one or two kinds of the polymer with the number mean molecular weight of 5,000-100,000.

Abstract: This relates to manufacturing polybutene using C4-raffinates and LPG. The manufacturing method comprises: (A) mixing raffinate and LPG in the ratio of 1:0.25-4; (B) polymerizing continuously in the presence of Friedel-Craft catalyst; and (C) removing the activity of catalyst residue by caustic soda. Pref. C4 raffinate is composed of 10-20 wt.% butane, 20-30 wt.% 1-butene, 40-50 wt.% isobutene, 0.5-3 wt.% 1,3-butadiene, and 10-20 wt.% trans- and cis-2-butene. Abstract: PURPOSE: A continuous polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) pyrolysis apparatus and a method for preparing PTFE using the apparatus are provided, to obtain tetrafluoroethylene of high purity massively with low cost.
