Abstract: 본 발명은 다이메틸실록산기가 균일하게 분산된 형태의 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥산 공중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 메틸트리알콕시실란(T 구조형)과 다이메틸다이클로로실란(D 구조형)을 몰비로 2 : 1 혼합한 용액을 열처리하여 두 물질이 서로 TDT 형으로 결합된 형태의 전구체를 얻은 후, THF와 톨루엔의 혼합용매를 사용하여 졸-겔 반응시키고 암모니아수로 중화함으로써, 다이메틸실록산 분자가 메틸실록산 골격에 분자 수준으로 제어된 방법으로 균일하게 분산된 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥산 공중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a polymethylsilsesquinoxane copolymer uniformly introduced with a dimethylsiloxane group is provided, to allow a dimethylsiloxane group to be uniformly dispersed in a methylsiloxane structure in molecular level. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing methyltrialkoxysilane (T structure) and dimethyldichlorosilane (D structure) in the molar ratio of 2:1 and heating the mixture at 100-150 deg.C for 5-20 hours to prepare a T-D-T-type precursor of methyltrialkoxysilane and dimethyldichlorosilane; adding methyltrialkoxysilane to the T-D-T-type precursor to make the ratio of methyl siloxane group/dimethyl siloxane group be 0.95/0.05 to 0.70/0.30 by mol, and adding water in an organic solvent mixture of tetrahydrofuran and toluene at 0-60 deg.C to react them by a sol-gel method; and adding diluted liquid ammonia to the obtained mixture solution to neutralize it to the pH 6-7.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供均匀地引入二甲基硅氧烷基团的聚甲基硅烷基异喹啉共聚物的制备方法，以使二甲基硅氧烷基分子水平均匀地分散在甲基硅氧烷结构中。 方案：该方法包括以2:1的摩尔比混合甲基三烷氧基硅烷（T结构）和二甲基二氯硅烷（D结构）的步骤，并将混合物在100-150℃加热5-20小时以制备TDT型 甲基三烷氧基硅烷和二甲基二氯硅烷的前体; 向TDT型前体加入甲基三烷氧基硅烷使甲基硅氧烷基/二甲基硅氧烷基团的比例为0.95 / 0.05-0.70 / 0.30摩尔，并在0-60℃下在四氢呋喃和甲苯的有机溶剂混合物中加水 通过溶胶 - 凝胶法反应它们; 并将稀释的液氨加入到所得混合物溶液中以将其中和至pH6-7。
