Abstract: PURPOSE: A new rod-type reactive mesogen is provided to prepare the reactive liquid crystal with high birefringence and to embody an efficient compensation film with thin thickness through the filming. CONSTITUTION: A rod-type reactive mesogen is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R^1-R^12 are selected from hydrogen, alkyl group, aralkyl group, ethinyl group, halogen, nitro group, amino group, cyanide group, and thiocyanate; L is selected from -O-R-, -NH-R-, -C(=O)-O-R-, -C(=O)-NH-R-, -C(=O)-Ar-O-R- and C(=O)-Ar-NH-R-; R is a linear or branched (C1-C20) alkylene group; Ar is a (C6-C30) arylene group; and n is the integer of 1~10.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供新的棒状反应性液晶，以制备具有高双折射性的反应性液晶，并通过成膜体现薄层厚度的有效补偿膜。 构成：棒状反应性介晶由化学式1表示。在化学式1中，R 1〜R 12选自氢，烷基，芳烷基，乙炔基，卤素，硝基，氨基，氰基 组和硫氰酸盐; L选自-OR - ， - NH-R-，-C（= O）-OR-，-C（= O）-NH-R - ， - C（= O）-Ar-OR-和C（ = O）-Ar-NH-R-; R是直链或支链（C1-C20）亚烷基; Ar是（C 6 -C 30）亚芳基; n为1〜10的整数。

Abstract: 본발명은자외선(UV) 조사에의한광가교반응(photo crosslinking reaction)을통해필름형성이가능한광반응성기를함유하는고 복굴절메조겐(mesogen) 화합물에관한것이다. 상세하게는치환된히드로퀴논중심에, (1) 고복굴절율부여를위한페닐기또는아세틸렌작용기, (2) 액정상온도범위조절을위한곁가지로서다양한길이의알킬기, 및 (3) 광가교반응를위한말단기로서아크릴로일기, 메타아크릴로일기, 페닐아크릴로일기(신나모일기) 또는퓨릴아크릴로일기가도입된봉상형(rod-type) 액정화합물에관한것이다.
