PURPOSE: Provided is a catalytic system that consists of Cr compound, ligand, alkylaluminium and halogen compound and for increasing 1-hexene selectivity in ethylene trimerization. CONSTITUTION: The catalytic system consists of chrome compound, ligand, alkylaluminium and halogen compound, wherein the ligand is a complex ligand being comprised of 1-coordinate ligand and 2-coordinate ligand, and wherein the 2-coordinate ligand includes at least two elements selected from oxygen (O), nitrogen (N) and sulfur (S), and the 1-coordinate ligand includes one element selected from oxygen (O), nitrogen (N), phosphorous (P), and sulfur (S), and further wherein the 2-coordinate ligand and the 1-coordinate ligand are included in the catalytic system with a mole ratio to chrome 0.5-1.5:1.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a crystalline melamine cyanurate composite is provided, to control the shape and size of particles by controlling the content of water-insoluble metal oxides and water-soluble hydroxides and the reaction conditions. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of reacting melamine and cyanuric acid with a water-insoluble metal hydroxide or metal oxide and a water-soluble hydroxide. Preferably the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 80-100 deg.C for 0.5-2 hours. The water-insoluble metal hydroxide is selected from the group consisting of Mg(OH)2, Al(OH)3, Ca(OH)2 and magnesium/aluminum composite hydroxide; the water-insoluble metal oxide is selected from the group consisting of MgO, Al2O3, CaO and magnesium/aluminum composite oxide; and the water-soluble hydroxide is selected from the group consisting of NH4OH, LiOH, NaOH and KOH. Preferably the particle size of the water-insoluble metal hydroxide or metal oxide is 0.5-10 micrometers. The content of the water-insoluble metal hydroxide or metal oxide is 0.1-5.0 wt% based on the weight of solid reactant; and the content of water-soluble hydroxide is less than 20 wt% based on the weight of the water-insoluble metal hydroxide or metal oxide.

PURPOSE: Provided is a catalyst system, with which polyolefin wax having increased wax content and excellent physical properties can be prepared under mild reaction conditions. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst system for preparing polyolefin wax comprises a main catalyst containing a transition metal component, a calixarene ligand and a halogen component, and a co-catalyst containing an organoaluminum compound. In the main catalyst, the transition metal component is selected from the group consisting of chrome, titanium, vanadium and zirconium. The calixarene ligand is one selected from the group consisting of para-butylcalix£4|arene, parabutylcalix£5|arene, parabutylcalix£6|arene, parabutylcalix£8| arene and derivatives thereof, or a combination thereof. Additionally, the halogen component is chlorine or bromine.

PURPOSE: Provided is a chrome-calixarene-organoaluminum catalyst which has excellent catalytic activity and is stable in polymerizing olefin. The catalyst is simple to synthesize and reproducible. It can be used in making specific polymers different from polymers made by usual Ziegler-Natta or chrome supported catalysts in molecular weight distribution and the degree of crystallinity and unsaturation. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst comprises 1 mole of chrome(III) compound, 0.5-2 moles of calixarene compound and 10-1000 moles of organic aluminum compound. The polymerization is carried out with the catalyst at 30-200deg.C under 3-50 atm and the catalyst is either added with molecular chrome-calixarene and organic aluminum respectively or in one shot of the mixed component.

CONSTITUTION: The method is performed by adding 10-100vol%(based on an alkoxylation mixture) of a C1-C4 alcohol having a boiling point of 50-100deg.C to the alkoxylation mixture comprising the alkoxylation product produced by alkoxylation of an aliphatic alcohol or an aliphatic acid ester in the presence of a solid catalyst, the gel type by-product, and a catalyst residue to disperse uniformly and filtering the dispersed solution and then distilling and removing the alcohol from the filtrate.

본 발명은 폴리올레핀 왁스 제조용 촉매계 및 이를 이용하는 왁스의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 중심금속성분에 칼릭사렌계 리간드와 할로겐 성분을 포함하는 주촉매물질과 유기알루미늄 화합물의 조촉매물질로 구성된 새로운 촉매계 및 이를 이용하는 올레핀의 소중합 반응에서 이들 구성 성분의 조합 비율을 일정 범위로 제한하고 분자량 제어 역할을 하는 수소를 사용하지 않으며 반응조건을 선택함으로써, 반응 활성을 높게 유지할 수 있으며 결정성과 분자량 분포에서 우수한 물성을 갖는 왁스를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 올레핀, 특별히 에틸렌 소량화 촉매 조성물과 소량화 반응 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 Cr 화합물, 리간드, 알킬알루미늄로 구성되고, 리간드 성분으로 피리딘 골격의 2,6 위치에 적절한 배위자리를 갖는 원자를 포함하는 작용기가 치환된 3배위 피리딘 골격 리간드를 적용하며 또한 이들 구성 성분의 조합 비율을 조절함으로써, 올레핀, 특별히 에틸렌의 소량화 반응을 통하여 C 4 ∼C 10 범위의 올레핀을 선택적이며 높은 반응활성으로 제조하는 화학반응에 적용되는 새로운 형태의 촉매 조성물과 이의 적용 방법에 관한 것이다.
