The extract of Vitis vinifera seeds contains 80-130 of procyanidolic value(PCV); 30% or less of (+)catechin and (-) epicatechin; and 95-105% of proanthocyanidin. A method for preparing the Vitis vinifera seed extract comprises: a step of extracting Vitis vinifera seed seeds in a mixture solvent of acetone and water and filtering; a step of distilling liquid and removing acetone; a step of saturating sodium chloride and filtering; a step of extracting the liquid with ethyl acetate and concentrating; and a step of adding chloroform and filtering to obtain precipitate.
